Yes. Our Fundamentals sessions are built exactly for this. You will learn the foundational movements first. Technique before intensity, always. Beginners are not just welcome here, they are expected.

Tell the coach before the session starts. We will adjust movements accordingly. If you are unsure whether training is right for your situation, consult your doctor first. Your safety is the priority, always.

Most members feel a difference within the first two to three sessions. Real, visible results come with consistency, typically within four to six weeks of regular training. The work compounds. Show up consistently and the results follow.

Fundamentals focuses on building technique from the ground up. Collective Sessions are our signature group training, more complex combinations, higher intensity. Most new members start with Fundamentals and move to Collective Sessions within a few weeks.
