Meet the COACH

My name is Cristian Davila Hernandez.

From my teenage years I have been training, moving, pushing my body to understand what it is capable of.

For years I trained the way most people train. Machines. Isolated movements. Show up, sit down, push or pull, go home. The gym was a habit but it never felt like enough. Something was missing and I could not name it until I found kettlebells.

The difference was immediate and it was total. Not just physical. Everything. My strength went up. My conditioning went up. My energy, my clarity, my health markers across the board started moving in a direction I had never seen before with any other form of training. The kettlebell does not isolate a muscle. It trains your body as one connected system the way it was designed to function. Ballistic, dynamic, ancestral movement that feels completely alive in a way that no machine ever could.

I built Kettlebell Collective Amsterdam because Amsterdam deserves a place where training is taken seriously. No screens. No distractions. Not a room full of machines where nobody knows your name.
A real collective. One coach. One tool. A community of people who show up with intention and leave stronger every single time.

This is not just my business. It is what I believe in. And I look forward to train with you.

Kettlebell Collective Amsterdam was built on a simple belief: that the most powerful training tool ever created has been around for centuries, and that most gyms are getting it completely wrong.

We are kettlebell-only. Not because it's a trend. Because it's the most complete, authentic, and ballistically rewarding practice in strength training.

Why kettlebell only?

Isometric holds are fine. They're also boring. KCA exists for people who want to feel the session, the flow state, the rhythm and the satisfaction of perfect reps.

One swing trains your posterior chain, cardiovascular system, hip explosiveness, and grip simultaneously. That's holistic!
