Booking & Membership Policy
-How booking works
All training spots are confirmed personally. After buying a session, card or membership, check the schedule on our booking page and send me the days that work for you. You'll be booked in within 24 hours. Spots are limited per session, so booking ahead is always smart.
-Cancelling a session
Life happens. Cancel or move your booked session up to 12 hours in advance at no cost — just send a message. Cancellations within 12 hours, or not showing up, count as a used session. This keeps spots available for the group.
-Session cards
The 3-Session Card is valid for 3 months from purchase, the 10-Session Card for 6 months. Sessions are personal and non-transferable. Cards are non-refundable, but if injury or circumstances keep you out for a longer period, message me — we'll find a solution.
-Memberships
Memberships renew automatically every month. Your weekly spots are fixed together after sign-up; want to switch days in a given week? Message me at least 24 hours ahead and we'll move it where there's space. Missed sessions within a week don't carry over to the next — the rhythm is the point.
-Cancelling your membership
Cancel anytime before your next billing date and your membership simply stops at the end of the paid month — no notice period, no fine print.
-Weather
We train outdoors, all year round. Rain is not a reason to cancel — it's part of the work. Sessions only get cancelled when conditions are genuinely unsafe (storm, ice, extreme weather). If I cancel a session, it never costs you anything: cards get the session back, members get a replacement moment that week.
-Upgrades
Want to move from a card to a membership, or up a membership tier? Message me and it's arranged from your next billing period. Remaining card sessions keep their value.
